Week of May 1st: Fiesta de la Virgen del Toro in Es Mercadal

This festival is marked by a mass for  honoring the Virgin Mary. Note that this conclusion goes to the municipality of Es Mercadal, starting from the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Toro. So many people come there to pay homage and ask for his protection. Year after year the number of attendees at this place is growing. So, little by little its becoming one of the most renowned festivals in this town of Menorca.
